La participación el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial en este importante evento reafirmó los lazos de amistad y cooperación entre Perú y Uruguay. El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) asistió a esta ceremonia en representación de la presidenta Dina Boluarte, junto a otros a jefes de Estado y representantes de gobiernos de la región.

Días previos a la ceremonia de transmisión de mando, el premier Adrianzén se reunió también con otras autoridades uruguayas para abordar temas de interés común para ambos países, como el fortalecimiento del comercio y la cooperación bilateral.

En ese marco, Adrianzén sostuvo un encuentro con Alejandro Sánchez, secretario de la Presidencia de Uruguay designado, en el que trataron asuntos como la modernización del Estado, la implementación de políticas públicas y la lucha contra el crimen organizado transnacional.

Asimismo, el titular de la PCM se reunió con la embajadora del Perú en Uruguay, Elizabeth González, para coordinar iniciativas de integración y aprovechar el amplio potencial de la asociación estratégica entre ambos países.
