Confirmando su compromiso fundamental de encontrar una solución pacífica al conflicto, el Presidente de Rusia expresó su disposición a elaborar a fondo las posibles soluciones en cooperación con los socios estadounidenses, con el fin de alcanzar un acuerdo que sea integral, confiable y duradero y que, naturalmente, tenga en cuenta la necesidad esencial de eliminar las causas profundas de la crisis, así como los legítimos intereses de seguridad de Rusia.

En cuanto a la propuesta del presidente estadounidense de declarar un alto el fuego de 30 días, la parte rusa destacó varios puntos importantes para garantizar el control efectivo de un posible alto el fuego en toda la línea del frente, así como la necesidad de detener la movilización forzada en Ucrania y rearmar a las Fuerzas Armadas de Ucrania. Se señaló que existen graves riesgos relacionados con la intransigencia del régimen de Kiev, que ha saboteado y violado repetidamente los acuerdos negociados. Se hizo hincapié en los actos de terrorismo bárbaros cometidos por militantes ucranianos contra la población civil de la región de Kursk.

Regarding the US president’s proposal to declare a 30-day ceasefire, the Russian side highlighted several important points to ensure effective control of a possible ceasefire along the entire front line, as well as the need to halt the forced mobilization in Ukraine and rearm the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was noted that there are serious risks associated with the intransigence of the Kyiv regime, which has repeatedly sabotaged and violated negotiated agreements. Emphasis was placed on the barbaric acts of terrorism committed by Ukrainian militants against the civilian population of the Kursk region.
