El premier Gustavo Adrianzén aseguró ante el Pleno del Congreso de la República que el Gobierno nacional sigue comprometido con el cierre de brechas. En esa línea, resaltó que la Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura (ANIN), entidad adscrita a la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), ha entregado a la fecha 46 obras que mejorarán la calidad de vida en diversas regiones del país.

En el marco de su respuesta al pliego interpelatorio, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial subrayó que, solo en los tres primeros meses del 2025, ANIN ha ejecutado más de 1610 millones de soles en proyectos clave en educación, salud y prevención de desastres.

“Pese a los desafíos, ANIN ha entregado 34 obras educativas en Piura, Áncash, Cajamarca, La Libertad, Lima y Huancavelica. Además, ha culminado 5 obras del sector salud en Piura, Áncash y Lima, todas equipadas con mobiliario, y 7 obras de prevención de desastres en La Libertad, Tumbes, Huancavelica e Ica. Estas acciones reflejan nuestro compromiso continuo con la mejora de la infraestructura”, señaló el premier Adrianzén.

El titular de la PCM destacó también que, en el marco del Decreto Legislativo N.º 1659, la ANIN ha identificado una cartera priorizada de 21 proyectos por 942 millones de soles en el ámbito de influencia del Terminal Portuario Multipropósito de Chancay. Asimismo, ha incorporado 8 proyectos delegados por gobiernos regionales, con una inversión total de 3444 millones de soles.

Sumado a ello, ANIN ha suscrito dos convenios para la ejecución de proyectos de salud por 2257 millones de soles, incluyendo el Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas del Norte en La Libertad y el Hospital Lanatta en Amazonas.

El premier resaltó la importancia de contar con un fondo que permita cofinanciar proyectos, a fin de que ANIN continúe con la culminación de su cartera de inversiones y avanzar en proyectos emblemáticos a nivel nacional.

COMBATE AL NARCOTRÁFICO Y MEJORAS EN CIBERSEGURIDAD
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial resaltó también los avances de su gestión en la lucha contra el narcotráfico. A través la Comisión Nacional para el Desarrollo y Vida sin Drogas (Devida), entidad adscrita a la PCM, se han erradico más de 26 mil hectáreas de cultivos ilegales y ampliado en un 35 % los cultivos alternativos legales, lo que ha beneficiado a más de 80 mil familias.

Por otro lado, a través de la Dirección Nacional de Inteligencia (DINI), se emitieron más de 1065 alertas de ciberseguridad y se incrementó en un 300 % la cobertura del sistema de monitoreo de amenazas digitales, fortaleciendo la protección de infraestructuras críticas en el marco del Plan de Inteligencia Nacional 2025.

El premier Adrianzén recalcó que la PCM ha liderado un modelo de gobernanza pública multisectorial, articulando a sus organismos adscritos bajo un enfoque orientado a resultados, optimizando sus capacidades para responder a desafíos complejos, mejorando sus servicios y reforzando la confianza ciudadana.

LUCHA ANTICORRUPCIÓN Y FORTALECIMIENTO DE PETROPERÚ
Adrianzén expuso también que, bajo su gestión, la PCM ha fortalecido la lucha anticorrupción a través de la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil (Servir) y su Secretaría de Integridad Pública, con asistencias técnicas y la aplicación del Modelo de Integridad, para asegurar la rendición de cuentas y una gestión pública transparente.

Finalmente, el jefe de Gabinete resaltó las medidas adoptadas por el Gobierno para recuperar la estabilidad financiera de Petroperú, incluyendo garantías, capitalizaciones y un apoyo que no afecta al tesoro público. En ese camino, se sigue impulsado una reforma institucional orientada a la eficiencia y al fortalecimiento de la fiscalización preventiva en el sistema de hidrocarburos.

In addition, ANIN has signed two agreements for the execution of health projects worth 2.257 billion soles, including the Regional Institute of Neoplastic Diseases of the North in La Libertad and the Lanatta Hospital in Amazonas.

The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of having a fund that allows for co-financing projects, so that ANIN can continue completing its investment portfolio and advance flagship projects nationwide.

COMBATING DRUG TRAFFICKING AND IMPROVEMENTS IN CYBERSECURITY
The Chief of Staff also highlighted his administration’s progress in the fight against drug trafficking. Through the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida), an entity attached to the PCM, more than 26,000 hectares of illegal crops have been eradicated and legal alternative crops have been expanded by 35%, benefiting more than 80,000 families.

On the other hand, through the National Intelligence Directorate (DINI), more than 1,065 cybersecurity alerts were issued and the coverage of the digital threat monitoring system was increased by 300%, strengthening the protection of critical infrastructure within the framework of the 2025 National Intelligence Plan.

Prime Minister Adrianzén emphasized that the PCM has led a multisectoral public governance model, coordinating its affiliated agencies under a results-oriented approach, optimizing their capacities to respond to complex challenges, improving their services, and reinforcing citizen trust.

ANTI-CORRUPTION FIGHT AND STRENGTHENING PETROPERÚ
Adrianzén also explained that, under his administration, the PCM has strengthened the fight against corruption through the National Civil Service Authority (Servir) and its Secretariat of Public Integrity, with technical assistance and the implementation of the Integrity Model, to ensure accountability and transparent public management.

Finally, the Chief of Staff highlighted the measures adopted by the Government to restore Petroperú’s financial stability, including guarantees, capitalization, and support that does not affect the public treasury. Along these lines, an institutional reform aimed at efficiency and strengthening preventive oversight in the hydrocarbon system continues to be promoted.
