“Este llamado a la unidad es la única forma en que podremos derrotar a la delincuencia urbana y al crimen organizado transnacional. En cuanto al pedido de una mayor dotación presupuestal, estamos dispuestos a trabajar en la priorización de las actividades necesarias para enfrentar a la criminalidad”, manifestó el jefe del gabinete ministerial.

En esa línea, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros señaló que la ley de presupuesto para el 2025 asigna partidas extraordinarias para el combate al lavado de activos, la provisión de las unidades de flagrancia y otras áreas del Poder Judicial.

Asimismo, manifestó que la lucha contra este flagelo es una tarea que compete, además de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) y las Fuerzas Armadas (FF. AA.), a entidades como el Ministerio Público y el Congreso de la República, a la que reiteró el pedido de agendar el debate sobre el proyecto de ley referido a la incorporación del delito de terrorismo urbano en el Código Penal.

BALANCE DE PARALIZACIÓN DE TRANSPORTISTAS
El jefe del gabinete ministerial reconoció la conducta cívica de los transportistas que participaron en las movilizaciones, y expresó su respeto por el derecho a la protesta. No obstante, señaló que estas medidas, si bien legítimas, no constituyen una solución efectiva frente al desafío que representa la lucha contra la delincuencia.

Por su parte, el ministro de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes, informó que hoy el 100 % de la flota de vehículos del Metropolitano y de los corredores complementarios operaron con normalidad. Asimismo, manifestó que su cartera comparte la misma preocupación de los dirigentes del gremio de transportes, sin embargo, cuestionó que su legítimo reclamo haya intentado ser aprovechado por grupos que exigían la liberación del expresidente Pedro Castillo.

De otro lado, el titular del Ministerio de Educación (Minedu), Morgan Quero, precisó que en Lima Metropolitana se brindaron clases remotas en el 98 % de los 2000 colegios públicos y en el 97.5 % de las 5981 escuelas privadas, mientras que el porcentaje restante optó por modalidad presencial. En la región Callao, el 100% de las instituciones educativas, tanto públicas como privadas, brindaron el servicio educativo de manera remota.

ARTICULAN ACCIONES PARA FORTALECER SEGURIDAD EN COLEGIOS
El ministro Quero también reveló que, en colaboración con el Ministerio del Interior y la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), se ha capacitado a 1550 directores de instituciones educativas privadas en Lima Metropolitana para fortalecer la seguridad y prevenir posibles actos de extorsión.

“Estamos trabajando de manera estrecha con los directores de colegios, tanto públicos como privados. Además, hemos logrado interconectar las cámaras de vigilancia externa de las instituciones educativas con la central 105 de la PNP y las centrales de serenazgo de las municipalidades distritales. Esta coordinación nos permite mantener una vigilancia permanente en los locales educativos”, indicó el titular de Minedu.

PREPARAN PAQUETE NORMATIVO CONTRA LA INSEGURIDAD
En otro momento, el premier Adrianzén informó que el Gobierno nacional ha recogido las demandas expresadas por los transportistas y por otros sectores afectados por los hechos delictivo. En este contexto, el Ejecutivo prepara un paquete normativo que contribuirá en la lucha contra el crimen organizado transnacional y la delincuencia urbana, aseguró.

TRATO VERBAL INMERECIDO DURANTE INTERPELACIÓN
El titular de la PCM cuestionó la ausencia de los parlamentarios que habían firmado la moción de interpelación en su contra durante el Pleno del Congreso realizado ayer, en el que respondió al pliego interpelatorio. Además, calificó como inmerecido el trato verbal dirigido tanto hacia él como al gabinete que preside.

Al respecto, el premier Adrianzén pidió a los congresistas actuar con proporcionalidad con el resto de ministros que serán interpelados, en el marco del debido respeto que se merecen los integrantes del Poder Ejecutivo.

NO HABRÁ DESABASTECIMIENTO DE SUERO
El ministro de Salud, César Vásquez, descartó que vaya a haber desabastecimiento de suero, e informó que a la fecha se ha realizado el control de calidad, por segunda vez, de 101 un sublotes de este insumo, los cuales cumplen con los estándares de calidad. “En las próximas horas, la Dirección General de Medicamentos, Insumos y Drogas estará emitiendo las resoluciones correspondientes para su utilización”, añadió.

Adicionalmente, recordó que el viernes 4 de abril el Centro Nacional de Abastecimiento de Recursos Estratégicos en Salud realizó la contratación directa con la empresa Brown Medical Perú S.A. para la adquisición de 120 000 unidades de suero de 1 litro cada una, las cuales han sido distribuidas a nivel nacional, tras haber pasado la segunda prueba de control de calidad.

De otro lado, informó que en el 2025 los casos de dengue han disminuido en un 81 % en comparación con el 2024, mientras que la mortalidad a causa de esta enfermedad se redujo en 79.4 %. “Estos resultados no son casuales o producto de milagro divino. En este primer trimestre del 2025 realizamos el control larvario en más de 2 millones y medio de viviendas y hemos hecho intervenciones de fumigación en 399 mil viviendas. Además, este año incluimos el uso de la vacuna contra el dengue”, expresó.

APRUEBAN D. U. PARA AGRICULTORES AFECTADOS POR LLUVIAS
El premier Adrianzén dio a conocer que el Consejo de Ministros aprobó un decreto de urgencia que establece medidas extraordinarias para permitir al Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego otorgar un bono agrario, que consiste en la entrega de insumos agrícolas, valorizados en S/1000, destinados a los productores de la agricultura familiar de subsistencia e intermedia afectados por las intensas precipitaciones pluviales en distritos de las regiones de Apurímac, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huánuco, Junín, Lambayeque, Piura, Puno, La Libertad, Tumbes y Ucayali.

GARANTIZAN CONTINUIDAD DE ALIMENTACIÓN ESCOLAR
La ministra de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Leslie Urteaga, aseguró que el servicio de alimentación escolar, que beneficia a 4.2 millones de escolares, se mantendrá durante el proceso de extinción del programa Wasi Mikukna, el cual será reemplazado por otra iniciativa.

“El servicio de alimentación escolar mantiene y mantendrá el objetivo de contribuir a que los niños y niñas cuenten con las condiciones necesarias para el aprendizaje, fortaleciendo su atención y memoria en las clases a través de una alimentación que incorpore alimentos frescos y productos locales, independientemente de las diversas modalidades que se generen”, expresó.

NUEVO PAGO A FONAVISTAS
Finalmente, el premier Adrianzén informó que desde este viernes 11 de abril se iniciará la devolución de los aportes a 189 826 ciudadanos que forman parte del Tercer Grupo de Reintegro del Padrón Nacional de Fonavistas Beneficiarios.

Se trata de fonavistas de los Grupos de Pago 1 al 19, quienes cobraron parcialmente sus aportes en años anteriores. Este avance en la devolución representa un desembolso de más de 631 millones de soles. Along these lines, the head of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers noted that the 2025 budget law allocates extraordinary funds for combating money laundering, providing for flagrancy units, and other areas of the Judiciary.

He also stated that the fight against this scourge is a task that falls under the responsibility of the Peruvian National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces (FFAA), as well as entities such as the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Congress of the Republic. He reiterated his request to schedule a debate on the bill regarding the incorporation of the crime of urban terrorism into the Penal Code.

REPORT OF TRANSPORTER PARALYZATION
The head of the ministerial cabinet recognized the civic conduct of the transporters who participated in the mobilizations and expressed his respect for the right to protest. However, he noted that these measures, while legitimate, do not constitute an effective solution to the challenge posed by the fight against crime.

For his part, the Minister of Transport and Communications, Raúl Pérez Reyes, reported that 100% of the Metropolitano and complementary corridors’ vehicle fleet operated normally today. He also stated that his department shares the same concerns as the transport union leaders; however, he questioned whether their legitimate demands had been exploited by groups demanding the release of former President Pedro Castillo.

On the other hand, the head of the Ministry of Education (Minedu), Morgan Quero, stated that in Metropolitan Lima, 98% of the 2,000 public schools and 97.5% of the 5,981 private schools offered remote classes, while the remaining percentage opted for in-person instruction. In the Callao region, 100% of educational institutions, both public and private, offered remote education services.

ACTIVITIES ARE BEING UNDERTAKEN TO STRENGTHEN SCHOOL SECURITY
Minister Quero also revealed that, in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior and the Peruvian National Police (PNP), 1,550 principals of private educational institutions in Metropolitan Lima have been trained to strengthen security and prevent potential acts of extortion.

“We are working closely with school principals, both public and private. In addition, we have managed to interconnect the educational institutions’ external surveillance cameras with the PNP’s 105 control center and the district municipal security centers. This coordination allows us to maintain constant surveillance of educational facilities,” stated the head of Minedu.

REGULATORY PACKAGE PREPARED TO END SECURITY
On another occasion, Prime Minister Adrianzén reported that the national government has addressed the demands expressed by transporters and other sectors affected by the criminal acts. In this context, the Executive Branch is preparing a regulatory package that will contribute to the fight against transnational organized crime and urban crime, he stated.

UNDESERVED VERBAL TREATMENT DURING INTERPELLATION
The head of the PCM questioned the absence of the parliamentarians who had signed the motion for interpellation against him during yesterday’s Congressional Plenary Session, in which he responded to the interpellation. He also described the verbal treatment directed toward both him and the cabinet he leads as undeserved.

In this regard, Prime Minister Adrianzén asked the congressmen to act proportionally with the other ministers who will be interpellated, within the framework of the due respect that members of the Executive Branch deserve.

THERE WILL BE NO SERUM SHORTAGES
The Minister of Health, César Vásquez, ruled out any serum shortages and reported that, to date, a second quality control test has been carried out on 101 sublots of this product, which meet quality standards. “In the coming hours, the General Directorate of Medicines, Supplies, and Drugs will be issuing the corresponding resolutions for their use,” he added.

Additionally, he recalled that on Friday, April 4, the National Center for the Supply of Strategic Health Resources made a direct contract with Brown Medical Perú S.A. for the acquisition of 120,000 units of serum, each one liter. These units have been distributed nationwide after passing the second quality control test.

On the other hand, he reported that in 2025, dengue cases decreased by 81% compared to 2024, while mortality from this disease decreased by 79.4%. “These results are not coincidental or a product of divine miracle. In this first quarter of 2025, we carried out larval control in more than 2.5 million homes and fumigated 399,000 homes. Additionally, this year we are including the use of the dengue vaccine,” he expressed.

UD APPROVED FOR FARMERS AFFECTED BY RAINS
Prime Minister Adrianzén announced that the Council of Ministers approved an emergency decree establishing extraordinary measures to allow the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation to grant an agricultural bonus, consisting of agricultural inputs valued at S/1,000, to subsistence and intermediate family farmers affected by the intense rainfall in districts of the regions of Apurímac, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huánuco, Junín, Lambayeque, Piura, Puno, La Libertad, Tumbes, and Ucayali.

CONTINUITY OF SCHOOL MEALS GUARANTEED
The Minister of Development and Social Inclusion, Leslie Urteaga, assured that the school meal service, which benefits 4.2 million schoolchildren, will be maintained during the phase-out of the Wasi Mikukna program, which will be replaced by another initiative.
