Afirmó que es respetuoso de las mociones de censura presentadas en el Congreso de la República, pero que su deber es explicar a los legisladores las acciones que impulsa el Ejecutivo para combatir la criminalidad.

“Confío en que en los próximos días tendremos la oportunidad de dialogar con estas bancadas y, ojalá, logre persuadirlas y mostrarles el importante trabajo que estamos realizando”, subrayó.

En conferencia de prensa tras la sesión del Consejo de Ministros, el premier Adrianzén remarcó que su censura solamente iniciaría una nueva etapa de inestabilidad, pues todo el Gabinete tendría que renunciar. “Espero que el Congreso reflexione sobre qué tanto bien generan estas prácticas en un contexto en el que debemos estar unidos contra la violencia y el terrorismo urbano”, afirmó.

Por su parte, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, José Salardi, expresó el respaldo del Gabinete en pleno al titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) y destacó la necesidad de mantener la estabilidad política para no afectar la recuperación económica.

PRORROGAN ESTADO DE EMERGENCIA EN PATAZ
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial anunció la aprobación de la prórroga del estado de emergencia por 60 días en tres provincias de la región La Libertad: Trujillo, Virú y Pataz. Para esta última, se han dispuesto medidas especiales, como toque de queda desde las 6 de la tarde hasta las 6 de la mañana, la suspensión de actividades mineras y la exclusión de operadores mineros con licencia suspendida en el Registro Integral de Formalización Minera (Reinfo).

El premier Adrianzén informó que el viernes 9 de mayo viajará a la zona de Pataz junto a los ministros del Interior y Defensa. Subrayó que las nuevas disposiciones obedecen a un plan de intervención sostenido, con un total de 33 interdicciones ejecutadas en Pataz entre junio del 2024 y abril del 2025, en los que se incautaron y destruyeron bienes de la minería ilegal avaluados en total en más de 130 millones de soles.

En esa línea, el ministro de Defensa, Walter Astudillo, informó la creación de un comando unificado, liderado por un general del Ejército, y el aumento de militares y policías en el territorio de Pataz. “Desplegaremos un contingente significativo de 1000 policías especializados y las Fuerzas Armadas pasarán de 100 a 500 hombres”, señaló.

Sobre el impacto económico que implica la suspensión de actividades mineras en Pataz, el ministro de Energía y Minas, Jorge Montero, indicó que esta medida excepcional es necesaria para garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores: “Esta suspensión se mantendrá hasta que las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional aseguren una presencia operativa sostenida. Solo así podremos avanzar hacia una verdadera formalización minera con legitimidad y sostenibilidad”, indicó.

REFORMAS PARA EL CIERRE DE BRECHAS
En materia económica, el Ejecutivo brindó detalles sobre la decisión de realizar una fusión progresiva de 14 programas adscritos a diferentes sectores hacia la Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura (ANIN). “Esto nos ayudará a generar un ahorro de recursos: 2500 millones de soles para fines de este año y, del 2026 en adelante, 4000 millones de soles anuales”, refirió el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, José Salardi.

Agregó que esta fusión es necesaria para lograr un cierre efectivo de brechas de infraestructura en el país, mayor especialización, mejor calidad técnica de los proyectos y un enfoque territorial multisectorial.

REFORMA REMUNERATIVA EN EL ESTADO
Ante la propuesta de aumento de sueldo para el cargo de presidenta de la república, el titular de la PCM descartó que esta medida haya sido solicitada o promovida por la mandataria Dina Boluarte, y afirmó que responde a un procedimiento técnico obligatorio en el marco de la nueva Ley del Servicio Civil. De todos modos, destacó que el salario presidencial actual está por debajo del de otros altos funcionarios públicos.

En ese sentido, el presidente ejecutivo de la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil (Servir), Guillermo Valdivieso, señaló que la actualización salarial forma parte de una evaluación técnica sustentada en una metodología establecida desde el 2014. Por su parte, el titular del MEF, José Salardi, explicó que el pronunciamiento emitido por su sector sobre el tema corresponde a un análisis técnico que continúa en proceso de evaluación.

MEDIDAS ECONÓMICAS Y SOCIALES
El premier Adrianzén anunció también la aprobación de un decreto de urgencia para destinar más de 20 millones de soles a la implementación del Sistema Nacional Especializado de Justicia, para la protección y sanción de la violencia contra las mujeres e integrantes del grupo familiar en la provincia de Condorcanqui (Amazonas).

Asimismo, informó que se prorrogó el estado de emergencia por lluvias intensas en Amazonas, Ayacucho, Cusco, Huánuco, Ica, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Pasco y Ucayali, a fin de seguir brindando apoyo a las poblaciones damnificadas con la entrega de abono, semillas, bonos de vivienda, entre otras acciones.

STATE OF EMERGENCY EXTENDED IN PATAZ
