Ante la jefa de Estado, tanto Arana Ysa como los ministros de Estado juraron desempeñar sus funciones sin actos de corrupción.

El nuevo presidente del Consejo de Ministros se desempeñaba, previamente, como ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, cargo que desde ahora ocupará el abogado Juan Alcántara Medrano.

Arana Ysa es abogado con más de 30 años de experiencia profesional en instituciones públicas del Estado peruano como el Congreso de la República, el Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura y el Poder Judicial.

Además, ha sido docente universitario en materia constitucional y derechos humanos por más de 20 años, y cuenta con estudios de máster en Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo de los Pueblos, maestría en Ciencias Políticas, maestría en Derecho Constitucional, máster en Justicia Constitucional y Derechos Humanos por la Universidad de Bolonia, y es máster en Historia del Mundo Hispánico por la Universidad Jaume I de Castelló de la Plana.

También juraron en sus cargos los titulares de Defensa, Walter Astudillo Chávez; de Economía y Finanzas, Raúl Pérez Reyes; del Interior, Carlos Malaver Odias; de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Juan Alcántara Medrano; de Educación, Morgan Quero Gaime; y de Salud, César Vásquez Sánchez.

De igual forma, Ángel Manero Campos, en Desarrollo Agrario y Riego; Daniel Maurate Romero, en Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo; Sergio González Guerrero, en Producción; Úrsula Desilú León Chempén, en Comercio Exterior y Turismo; Jorge Montero Cornejo, en Energía y Minas; César Sandoval Pozo, en Transportes y Comunicaciones.

Asimismo, Durich Whittembury Talledo, en Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento; Fanny Montellanos Carbajal, en Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables; Juan Castro Vargas, en Ambiente; Fabricio Valencia Gibaja, en Cultura; y Leslie Urteaga Peña, en Desarrollo e Inclusión Social.
