BASE NORMATIVA
Esta norma se apoya en dos leyes principales:
Ley N.º 29944 — Ley de Reforma Magisterial, que regula carrera, evaluación y remuneraciones.
Ley N.º 32513 — Ley de Presupuesto del Sector Público para el año fiscal 2026.
Los fondos provienen del presupuesto asignado al Ministerio de Educación.
La medida se formalizó mediante el Decreto Supremo N.º 123‑2026‑EF, publicado en la sección de Normas Legales del Diario Oficial El Peruano.

1.- Esta transferencia asegura el pago efectivo y oportuno del aumento salarial que corresponde legalmente a los docentes que ganaron el concurso de ascenso 2025.
2.- Se trata de un gasto debidamente normado y acotado: cuenta con respaldo legal y está prohibido destinarlo a otros fines, lo que busca proteger el uso correcto del dinero público.
3.- Los gobiernos regionales son los encargados de administrarlo y pagarlo, siendo pieza clave en la ejecución de la política docente nacional.
