Esta herramienta busca fortalecer el accionar ético y el compromiso con el servicio público de más de un millón y medio de servidores civiles en los tres niveles de gobierno.

La secretaria de Integridad Pública, Ana Reátegui, subrayó que la meta es consolidar un estándar de actuación honesto, transparente y eficiente dentro del aparato estatal. “Buscamos fortalecer el accionar del servidor público en su día a día, preparándolo para enfrentar actos de corrupción desde una cultura de integridad”, sostuvo.

Detalló que el modelo contempla la creación de lineamientos, herramientas, principios claros, componentes definidos y criterios de evaluación para la prevención de la corrupción en las entidades públicas. La implementación del modelo es una tarea colaborativa al interior de cada entidad y donde un oficial de integridad es responsable de articular acciones con las distintas áreas para asegurar el cumplimiento de esta metodología.

TECNOLOGÍA PARA UNA GESTIÓN MÁS TRANSPARENTE
Reátegui resaltó que la PCM ha desarrollado plataformas tecnológicas orientadas a promover la transparencia en el sector público, como el Registro de Visitas en Línea, que permite conocer con quiénes se reúnen los funcionarios públicos, y la herramienta de Debida Diligencia, que facilita verificar los antecedentes de quienes ingresan al servicio público o contratan con el Estado.

“Nuestro objetivo es generar mayor confianza en la ciudadanía. Con estas herramientas brindamos mayor transparencia y seguridad a la población y fortalecemos la capacidad de prevención de actos de corrupción en las entidades públicas, para que avancemos juntos hacia una gestión pública más eficiente y honesta”, declaró.

CAPACITACIONES EN INTEGRIDAD Y LUCHA ANTICORRUPCIÓN
La secretaria de Integridad de la PCM destacó que, desde el 2023, se ha capacitado a más de 17 mil servidores públicos en temas de integridad y lucha contra la corrupción.

Actualmente, se impulsa el Programa Nacional de Capacitación en Integridad Pública, en alianza estratégica con la Escuela Nacional de Administración Pública (ENAP), de la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil (Servir), con sesiones semanales que se desarrollan todos los martes y un currículo compuesto por tres módulos anuales. The Secretary of Public Integrity, Ana Reátegui, emphasized that the goal is to consolidate a standard of honest, transparent, and efficient conduct within the state apparatus. “We seek to strengthen the actions of public servants in their daily work, preparing them to confront acts of corruption from a culture of integrity,” she stated.

He explained that the model contemplates the creation of guidelines, tools, clear principles, defined components, and evaluation criteria for preventing corruption in public entities. Implementation of the model is a collaborative effort within each entity, with an integrity officer responsible for coordinating actions with the various areas to ensure compliance with this methodology.

TECHNOLOGY FOR MORE TRANSPARENT MANAGEMENT
Reátegui highlighted that the PCM has developed technological platforms aimed at promoting transparency in the public sector, such as the Online Visit Registry, which allows users to know who public officials meet with, and the Due Diligence tool, which facilitates background checks on those entering public service or contracting with the State.

“Our goal is to generate greater citizen trust. With these tools, we provide greater transparency and security to the population and strengthen the capacity to prevent acts of corruption in public entities, so that we can move together toward more efficient and honest public management,” she stated.

INTEGRITY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION TRAINING
The PCM’s Integrity Secretary highlighted that, since 2023, more than 17,000 public servants have been trained on integrity and anti-corruption issues.

The National Public Integrity Training Program is currently being promoted in a strategic alliance with the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) of the National Civil Service Authority (Servir). The program offers weekly sessions every Tuesday and includes a curriculum consisting of three annual modules.
